Indian Market you have to understand india mental power
This is common phenomenon about India that most Indian is illiterate. Indian village is poor. But it’s not true. Just knowledge of the word means not that people are educated. It is depend on your mental status of judgment. Most people in village know the society rules; they know how to leave with nature. They have good knowledge of weather better then many educated people. In ancient India knowledge of the spirituality is important. Due to that spirituality is the part of Indian life. Therefore all Indian are philosopher by birth. But It’s means not that the all people were philosopher. So other were well trained in there field. So the judgment power of the people is very sharp. They know what they need. In City Youth want to change the fashion, electronic gadgets quickly. But in village People still prefer something durable. Fact is that in Indian village there are more milliners’ then Indian cities. So there is lot of strange things in India you have to know to understand indian market indian people. …

O Unexpected Visitor......
O Unexpected Visitor…
What can I say about you?
You come always suddenly
You come without permission
You run in vain like blood
You leave with me like breath
O Unexpected Visitor…
I always try to stop you
Try to close the door on you
But you always enter
Stay in heart, make it your home
Sometimes in eyes as a drop
O Unexpected Visitor…
There is no room for you
But you enter smoothly
Sometimes you hurt
Sometimes you feel bad
But now you are my friend
Now you are my friend
O Unexpected Visitor…
When in darks nights
My eyes forget to blink
You comes there as a drop
When I feel alone
You are there as thoughts
O Unexpected Visitor…
Pain! Really you are Painful.........

Mahatma Gandhi Still Relevant...What do u think?
Mahatma Gandhi....Our Father of nation....Is his thought is still relevant? In India it’s now a fashion to raise question on Mahatma Gandhi. Some of them raise question on his status as Father of Nation......But Interesting thing is that most of them never read anything written by Gandhi ....It's really funny. I read Bapu’s book Hind Swaraj, written in 1909/10..i meet there 1909's Bapu. First I was stunned. Mahatma Gandhi was against rail, machine at that time. First I thought that book is written by a person who was not aware of his future role. Later when I realized at that moment may be he was right. I thought may be in future Bapu’s thought changed. But Bapu never change his thoughts. He changed nothing in the any version of book, which reprint in his life many time. Then I realized he was not against the modernizations. He was against the madness behind these things. His thoughts are 100yrs old now. But still nothing change, still we are running behind the western module. Sometime Nature play very funny thing with you. Or u can say that great personalities always behave differently in odd situations. Mahatma was against the western module of development. But his political successor (Vinoba Bhave was Bapu’s spiritual successor) Nehru was very found of Western module. Village is in the centre of Mahatma’s thoughts. He told that first give the work in the hand of people, relate education with work, trained them. Convert village into self dependent unit. But what his followers did? Today there is huge demand of skilled worker/labors. But most of the people are unskilled. Bapu Always invited Nehru for discussion. But Nehru avoids it. His thinking was that first thing is Independence, till then everything could wait. ..... It was also Nehru's biggest mistake.... (Like Kashmir Problem). No doubt Nehru was a great leader. But dependent on the west module for everything is not suitable for Indian culture. We can take work culture form west. But it's not means that if one thing is god for American farmer then it's too good for Indian farmer...............So still Mahatma Gandhi thoughts is relevant. yaa may be with some diffrence, but basic is same.
What is your thinking friends?

Dont' Ask plz...What are you doing?
This question always irritate me, when ever I saw or anyone ask this question. What is the meaning of this question yaar? What are you doing? Definitely its’ means that what I am doing for bread and butter. But why everyone ask if I don’t want to tell u. If i mention my thoughts then they always said that its up to me answer or not, but with the attitude that they have sympathy towards others. If I said I am just sitting at home and enjoying life, then there next stupid question are always ready...‘what r u doing for bread and butter’ will come within the blink of eyes…..OH God Save me form that type of people. Will people judge status form this question? Is the person are not beyond that. Book and elder always teach us that work is worship and people will judge with there thoughts work. But do you think it’s same in practical life.. Till today I don’t understand what is right. In some cases it’s work or in some not. I think books are good but everthing is not right always. Once i was talking with my boos, during a driver tell me hello, and i responded. Boss was not happy, and he asked 'Why u r talking with drivers'. Then he told me to make a distance with them. …I tried, but not answring a guy when u knew him was not possible...But what was Impact…. I lost my promotion chance…..After that episode i understand there is some difference between ideal thoughts, in motto (or whatever).and common behavior, or common custom. Like .... dog is best friend of man., but what is the work of dog? And where Dog sit. So what are you doing means nothing for me. It’s always makes me uneasy. So right question is Hey, hellos how are you? .
